I feel like I don’t have to worry about it because it’s next month.
But really, it’s next week. I can’t change my mindset.
GOSH. The power of YouTube.
Listening to videos on YouTube right now.
I miss EVERYONE.
I WANT TO PUT TOGETHER ANOTHER SHOW.
Featured Acoustic Playlist! Cmon! Hurry!
After that, I want to put together a small one at possibly Yogurt Time?
Going to type this out just so that I won’t forget it for sure.
@marvinocampo has very poor team work when it comes to making someone troll haha.
Marvin & I were partners for BP, and then the cups were about 5 and 1. They make their last shot, they got it. Time for me & Marvin to go for rebuttal. I go first. Pressure. Pressure. Pressure. I miss. Marvin goes along and just bounces the ball off the table. SIOCO’S TROLLING.
Haha. Good funny shit though. I trolled for the first time yesterday… TWICE. Then I trolled today. It’s whatever though. I’m used to knocking out on the floor, so I just end up sleeping.
BTW, I’m not that bad at BP. Our troll rule is that you have to make at least two cups.
Well, good night! I’m pretty hungry though D:
Later today should be fun :]
My Junior year, I took the ASVAB at Morse. What this test is, it’s an aptitude test to see what jobs you qualify for and talks about where you stand. This is basically a test from the military, but it’s open to everyone just for suggestions, whether or not you want to join the military.
I got a call last Wednesday from a Sergeant from school asking about my plans for college & the future. My answers were things like, I’m going undeclared, I just don’t know yet, I’ll see what happens. Hearing that, he asked if we can have a meeting on Monday to discuss my scores and my future. It sounded like a really good thing to do because honestly, I do not know at all what I want to do. I agreed.
Monday comes along. I don’t know what to expect. We go to the recruiting office in National City. “Do you know anything about the Army or Military?” Honest to say, my answer was, “I have no idea”. He proposed to me all these offers and what could seem to be if I joined. Everything he said sparked me interest and I was just amazed that there was no catch, all benefits. But then I asked him about catches, because he left that out. Leaving everything behind “but it’s okay because San Diego will always be here” but still though… What happened to being college bound and having fun. I scored a 66 out of 99 on the ASVAB which means I’m above average. It’s not a percent but 66 above the nation or something.
I Never Ever thought about joining the military until Sergeant told me about it and all the outcomes that it can provide and the lifestyle and how everything works. I never thought of it because I was uneducated.
Every single argument I had opposing the Military, he has a counterargument to it. He dropped me off at home. I later hung out with my friends, and as they were in the pool, I was just sitting down doing nothing but thinking. This decision is life changing.
He’s doing a really good job as a recruiter because he’s being really persuasive. I don’t think I want to do it to be honest.
Sergeant called me today, he asked if we can schedule another meeting, I said tomorrow at noon. Noon it is. I told him that I wasn’t too sure about the military, he asked me why, I told him that ‘it’s just not for me’, then he questioned back by saying “What is?”
I don’t like the fact that all this is being thrown at me at one time. We’ll see what sergeant has to tell me tomorrow and what jobs the military can offer me.
I’m pretty sure my decision will be ‘No’.
P.S. Thank you Tumblr. I like the fact that I can post this without it being biased. Feel free to reply back to this blog with comments.
