It’s time for my math class, and all we’ve been doing the past two weeks was reviewing algebra.
Today, was different, we had a quiz on review. We did the quiz and I was one of the firsts to finish. (I’m pretty good at math). I waited for everyone else to finish. When time was fianlly up, she collected the quizes.
Then the professor goes back to reviewing things we learned in 7th, 8th, and 10th grade. One person was in the same agony as me, and he walked out of the class, prof saw, but no questions asked.
That looks SOO tempting, I tweet it. I ask Marvin. I ask Jon Jon. They both agree that I should because Marvin did it earlier, and Jon Jon said she shouldn’t say anything
I slowly pack my bags, not making it obvious that I’m leaving, as prof writes on the board, I put my backpack on and walk quietly outside. Inches from the door, she asks me “Are you leaving?” And I was confused and said… yeah? She replied asking “You’re dropping this class for good?” And I said no. She then said “next time, tell me if you’re going to leave early if you have something more important than algebra…” and some other bs.
WHAT THE HECK!? WHY ME THOUGH? WHY NOT THE FIRST GUY THAT WALKED OUT?
We we’re reviewing how to factor and FOIL and sqare roots… UGH! I’M SORRY, BUT I’M MORE ADVANCED FOR MATH
That’s my story, bro.

Just typing what no one really cares about. Feel free to follow along if you want to know what’s been happening with me lately.
I started my first day of College on Monday at Mesa! I’ll talk about the first two days actually:
My first class is Principles of Microeconomics. It’s really hard paying attention in this class. The teacher is very boring. Everyone around me is about 20 years old, with an exception of two 30 year olds. It feels a bit odd being in the class. I’m planning on dropping it if I crash a class tomorrow and get an add code.
Next class is Business Communication. I’m really excited for this course. For my final, I have to plan an event. All the assignments revolve around it. I plan on having big YouTube names at this event (hopefully), and several big named dance crews. This show will not be a for-profit show. The money will be going towards a charity. I have one in mind. I sent out an e-mail to the headliner today.
To start off my Tuesdays, I have Financial Accounting. This class seems like it can really challenge me. It won’t be my favorite class, but hopefully I can stick it through.
Lastly, my English Review class. This is a pretty low class. For the placement tests, I was worrying more on my time limit, and focusing on the reading comprehension since it’s not my forte. I ended up getting low on writing, and normal for reading. GrrrrrREAT. The teacher doesn’t seem bad at all. He has a sense of humor, and the course description seems pretty easy.
I ordered two of my books today. Saved $180 on Chegg! But that’s two books out of five. I used my money that my dad gives me for allowance :( As if saving money wasn’t hard enough.
I’m planning a show called Urban Aspects. I just released the flyer yesterday. Ordered tickets yesterday. Invited people to the facebook event. Tumblr post. Everything’s going fine with that so far. Sonny and I planned this show around early July, and now it’s making good progress!
iDK went to Motion Urban Dance Competition on Sunday in Long Beach. We were on our way, but didn’t make it in time. But we went to eat at Roscoe’s with the team afterwards. Congrats iDK! I’ll be planning iDK’s first annual dance competition for next year. Just don’t unfollow me just yet!
I’ve been going to the gym lately. I mainly go with Rocky, but sometimes with Zedric. I’m not trying to get swoll HAHA, I’m just trying to get fit. Want to one reason why? I’m very insecure.
Did I mention I have a new friend named Zedric? You should meet him. He’s from Texas, and he recently moved to Paradise Hills, San Diego. He attends Grossmont. He wants to meet new people. He’s chill. YEP.
Summer has officially ended.
You know me right? I’m pretty eventful. Here’s some events that I will be attending, and that you should be joining me.
9/4/11- Dance for a Wish
9/17/11- Amp Festival
10/1/11- FilAm Fest
10/2/11- Urban Aspects
10/15/11- World of Dance San Diego
10/23/11- Music Movement Soul Dance Competition
11/6/11- Maxt Out
LASTLY… my show… November 26 or December 3…. I’m still planning and booking.
Ta ta. Cheerio.
At Mesa, I’m taking a business communication class, and my final is to plan an event.
NOW REPLY TO ME:
What artists or dance crews do you want to see perform in San Diego?
Woke up at 6. It was difficult to get some sleep because I was scared that I would over sleep. Took the bus and trolley, the usual, to see how long it would take me to get to class. I got to Mesa at 8AM, not bad.
My first class is principles of microeconomics. The teacher has a heavy Etheopian accent, but it’s fine because I have to pay attention more than I should now. The class seemed pretty boring. I was waitlisted, but got an add code :)
My next class is business communication. That class filled up. The teacher didn’t seem to nice, but she turned out to be not that bad. When she read what the course is like, I got really excited. I have to plan an event! That’s my final!! Most of the assignments revolve around that because I have to make task lists, write letteres, memos, media support, EVERYTHING IM USED TO!! I’m excited for this class!
My next class is college and matrix algebra. This teacher has a heavy Russian accent. She’s a really sweet old lady though. She told the class that if we can’t handle her heavy accent, that we should feel free to drop it. I’ll bare with it for now.
My would have been last class is dance. I just dropped it. It’s an hour and 45 minute break inbetween the classes. After seeing how smooth it was for people to just crash classes, and to get past wait list, I’m pretty sure I’m going to have the schedule I wanted! Which thus means that I would have 17 units. Max is 16 units. Dance is 1 unit.
Yeah. Dats it. Going to Hoover HS later on, then gym.
Class tomorrow’s for english and financial accounting.
We had auditions last Sunday! We will be having another audition in January! :)
